I delivered a portfolio of high-impact ABM campaigns for ServiceNow across both the U.S. and APAC, supporting demand generation and brand awareness across key strategic accounts. This included targeted, high-visibility programs tailored to specific buying teams—most notably an ABM push aimed at positioning ServiceNow for the India government as a trusted modernization partner.

Across print, digital, video, and event activations, the creative consistently reinforced ServiceNow’s core promise: help enterprises and institutions tackle complexity with ease. We translated complex platform value into clear, confident storytelling that built trust with C-suite leaders and IT decision-makers, while aligning to regional nuances and account-specific priorities to drive engagement and pipeline momentum.
