I led the creative studio through the development and rollout of a new brand expression—building the core identity system, company-wide guidelines, and agency toolkits that ensured adoption, consistency, and long-term adherence across every touch point. While elevating creative standards, I also scaled the team and operating model to increase output without sacrificing craft—creating a high-performing studio that could move fast, stay on-brand, and deliver premium work reliably.
In partnership with sales and marketing, I oversaw delivery of integrated creative across the full funnel—from nurture and lifecycle engagement to seasonal demand generation and always-on awareness. Through my leadership, the studio delivered across all channels including digital advertising, direct mail, organic social, live events, email, and brand experiences. This work also included UI/UX insight and the launch of a modern website, refreshed email engagement programs, and experiential activation—resulting in a cohesive, scalable creative engine that strengthened brand presence while driving measurable audience engagement and pipeline momentum.
